▪︎Iron supplements after periods for the blood loss

▪︎Probiotics and yogurt for pH and just overall bodily health

▪︎Pure Castor Oil in belly button (navel pulling) for digestion/bloating (the belly button is called the 'second mouth' for a reason!)

▪︎Wash your feet and legs in the shower - don't just stand there

▪︎Try to maintain and keep a targeted routine for separate parts of your body. I have an armpit and foot routine, myself 

▪︎Okra water and eating Aloe has helped heaps with keeping me **juicy** down there

▪︎If you want to douche, use very diluted ACV. Or you can simply sit in a ACV bath, does the same. 

▪︎Wipe with Toilet paper AND Wet Wipes. Better if you have a Bidet or a cup to rinse. You don't clean yourself in the shower with ONLY dry towels, right? Why are you wiping with dry paper only? 

▪︎Body odor is a buildup of bacteria, so keeping those areas clean regularly will eliminate the stink. Remember; sweat is normal and shouldn't stink. B.O. is bacteria! 

▪︎Try to fast once a week or bi-weekly. It has helped to keep me regular and detox my body.

▪︎If you'd put it on your face, put it everywhere else! Wash your face? Wash your pit! Tone your face? Tone your pit! Use serums? On your pit! Use creams? ONTO THE PITS! ❤
